FEELINGS ARE INJURIOUS TO HEALTH

Not only smoking and drinking is injurious to health, if you don't know how to handle your feelings towards someone, then that is really going to affect you. Some things are not taught by anyone. Especially the way we get close to someone, expressing our feelings,  trusting them and then all of a sudden it ends. Wow! How does it feel? Pointless? Let it be friends, family or anyone. Depression and sadness is very common these days. But what is the necessity to play with someone else's feelings. Tell me, what did you gain?

Every stage of your life, you learn so much from different people. Their lifestyle, attitude, behavior, communication etc. You start to get different friends at each stage, starting from stranger to friends to best friends and then back to stranger. But then there are some people who value feelings and relationships, they are gonna be there forever.

A very important lesson I have learnt is about TRUST. When feelings got connected, automatically I became more dumb. Gave more importance to emotions than logic and that fucked me completely. My perspective changed about people and how to trust. I came to know the power of feelings. I understood the power of words, how it can influence one's character.

Let me tell you one thing. People don't have time for you. Get this straight. Everyone is busy building their career and your just part of it. If you behave the way they like, then your good to go. The day it flips, its over. Nothing is permanent in this world. Try to have a strong character. Situations will keep on changing no matter what, be strong with your choices.

In a movie called "Into The Wild" by Sean Penn, there is a beautiful dialogue,

Ron Franz: I'm going to miss you when you go.

Christopher McCandless: I will miss you too, but you are wrong if you think that the joy of life comes principally from the joy of human relationships. God's place is all around us, it is in everything and in anything we can experience. People just need to change the way they look at things.

Have healthy relationships, at the same time have a great bonding with yourself. Love yourself in a way that if you are alone, you find your own way to be happy. We all need someone to share our emotions, but don't go too extreme that you forget yourself. Don't lose yourself and get trapped with feelings. You never know, at the end of the day, you need to fight with your own problems, alone.

Never play with the feelings of others, because you may win the game but the risk is that you will surely lose the person for a life time.
