THE TRUE HAPPINESS

What all do we demand to stay really happy in this world? Is it money? Fame? Beauty? Are you guys truly happy and stress free how we all used to be during school days? I have witnessed people who become easily happy when their picture in fb or Insta get more likes than they thought. Or when you go to a party and all of a sudden when you get a lot of attention from others, we all tend to feel happy. Right? Nowadays more than people we love non existing things because that actually makes us happy and will stay with us forever. Everything is just a show. If we are in pain or depressing from inside also, we upload our partying pictures in Insta just to prove others. If you find a job, keep posting and show everyone. If your leg fractures, snap a picture, upload and show every person. If you get a new haircut, once more show everyone. If someone is dying on the road also, capture a video, upload and show everyone. And yes when people see, press the like button and comment, we tend to be cheerful from inside. Scrolling and checking every minute to see if anyone has commented or liked their picture. We all love this temporary happiness because somewhere we got lost into this social media activity.

Have you ever called one of your old friends and spoke to them? Have you ever taken an initiative to take your family out and spend some time? I am not categorizing everyone but most of the people fall into the wrong group and regret later. What do you mean by true happiness? When do you genuinely feel truly happy just not to show others, but for us? Are we losing the real happiness just because we are getting carried away by the temporary ones? Some people say if we have enough cash in our bank account, we will be happy. I have seen quotes like, “It’s better to cry in a Lamborghini than a normal car”. Wow! Inside a Lamborghini we are joyfully crying right? True happiness is something we feel proud for being our self. Have you been blessed by an old woman when you helped her? Have you ever helped someone? Have you seen a Military guy’s happiness when he returns home to see his family? Because I'd witnessed their reaction and it's a beautiful image to be seen. Yeah we tend to value others and miss them when that person is away from us. But most of us take everything for granted because everything is readily available in front of us and lean-to fail or express our feelings to someone and spoil that moment of happiness. Never take anyone for granted and use them, later on when that person leaves forever, you just lost that soul who was always ready to make you happy, now or later on you will surely regret. Happiness can be in different forms but true happiness is something one will experience without stress, tension, not being fake and proud of our self. Everyone will have diverse priorities and needs, and when they don’t match with it, they go really depressed and miserable. We often compare our self with others surrounding us and this is the main reason we are happy in the social media but sad in reality.

Do something that makes you really proud and it will automatically give you the best happiness? Spend quality time with your parents, siblings, friends or your partner. We all spend time but strive to discover true happiness within them because once they are gone forever; we realize that those were the best moments of life. Treat the poor and the rich equally, all are humans at the end of the day and they also have feelings and emotions. When you offer food to a starving person and one favorite toy to a kid, their smile and happiness on their face is equal. When we become old, we try to be more matured hence destroying our own happiness. Before you go to bed, ask yourself whether you are happy on how the day went, did you do something to make yourself happy, did you make someone else happy, did you hurt someone? This generations have very less connection towards relationship with people, a small issue and they have a tendency to break it. We live here for a very short period, make peace with everyone and try to grow and find the true happiness in you.
