IS EXERCISING IMPORTANT?

Nowadays this generation is into mobile phones, TV, PlayStation, laptop and lost in those technologies. The app will decide how many calories we need to burn daily. Wristbands will tell us how many steps we took per day. Watching motivational workout videos and trying yourself to start exercising every day. The life expectancy of an individual is going to decrease drastically because of the stressful lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits. Countless diseases are going to cause us by the early 40's. But who is going to stop us if we are not ready for all this?

A 16-year-old athlete on his way to football practice met with a terrible accident where the car flipped several times resulting in serious injuries. This accident resulted in a broken back and damaged spine, causing him to become a paraplegic, ending up his whole life in the bed and wheelchair. Depression hit him really hard and he gained approximately 300 pounds. He didn't want his life to end up in that wheelchair thinking why it happened to him. He started going to the gym and work on his strength. He saw himself to be more powerful and not ruin his life because of this severe incident. Now Nick Scott is a disabled professional bodybuilder, wheelchair ballroom dancer, author, and motivational speaker. Imagine if he had worried all his life, depressed doing daily wages job and dying in the end, it’s all over.

It's not necessary that everyone should go through something really bad to start something new. A change is always needed continuously in our life to grow and build our-self. But we always tend to work out when we end up in the hospitals. We start walking, trying to diet, having medicines, but don't u think all this is too late. Do it now to see the outcome tomorrow. Don't wait for something to happen to your life, don't plan your life accordingly, nothing is going to work out how you think. Get up from your bed, follow healthy eating habits, start exercising for one hour at least, make it a habit like how you brush or have your meals regularly. We all are busy setting our life and reaching the goals and sometimes we don't have the time to look after oneself. We get up preparing our-self to work under someone, coming home really tired, having food from the street restaurants and your life goes on. But for how long? Now humans always have a reverse psychology. They start saying things like, "enjoy each day as it is your last one, spend your whole money on what u like, have all kinds of junk food, you never know this might be your last day". But in reality, it doesn't work like that. Obviously, we all need to enjoy our life each day, but not by harming our body and doing stupid things. If genuinely you come to know that today is your last day, what will you do?

The development of exercising or workout won't be seen in one day and we all need to understand the internal parts of your body is more important than your external appearance. You might look absolutely thin and surely at the age of 30's there might be no diseases or body pain. But later on, chances are very high for strokes, high blood pressure, breathlessness, flabby body, little energy, stiff joints, poor posture etc. Start today, start as soon as possible, spend just one hour for your own body, you will feel great physically and mentally as well.
